Defenders of the Past & Future!
As a backer of a previous Aeon’s End campaign, we wanted to share some big news about the newest wave of game content - Aeon's End: The Descent!
Aeon’s End: The Descent is a standalone core set, and includes a new Expedition exploring the founding of Gravehold, along with a brand-new module - Friends & Foes!
As an owner of previous Aeon’s End content, the Friends & Foes module will be particularly exciting, as it adds a new twist to all previous waves of the cooperative deck-builder.
Adding Mage-allied Friends and Nemesis-aligned Foes will add new helpers and hurdles to each game, expanding the turn order deck with autonomous combatants that appear to assist or annoy players!

Fulfillment Update + Astro Knights Eternity!

Greetings, Time Travelling Backers!
We’re back with a quick (and almost the last) update on fulfillment and let you know that Astro Knights: Eternityis already funded on Kickstarter! If you didn't know, Astro Knights uses the same "engine" as Aeon's End, and Eternity has added an Expedition mode. We are excited to see the Astro Knights grow, and invite you to explore all this new syste has to offer.
The quick shipping update is that all rewards have been sent to all backers. Given intermediary transit times to secondary shipping hubs for Asia, Australia and other Rest of World locations, a small number of rewards are still in route. There are also small number of backers for which we sent out packages missing one (or more) items, and we will be sending those missing items out shortly as they arrive at the fulfillment centers. For information on missing or damaged items, please take a peek at our previous update!
We’re grateful for your support here in the present but also in the past and future!
New Knights for a New Galaxy!
Astro Knights: Eternity is now live on Kickstarter! Join us to meet a whole new cast of Knights and a new flurry of Bosses to put them to the test.
Astro Knights: Eternity features the Expedition and several new mechanics that haven't (yet) appeared in Aeon's End. Thank you Nick & Sydney for making this wonderful stand alone expansion. One Stop Coop Shop summed up my thoughts, saying "This is exactly what I wanted them to make!"
The Future is NOW: Last chance to complete your BackerKit Survey and get your rewards!

A quick note for our Canadian Backers: After weeks being stuck in limbo where neither you or us had an accurate picture of what was actually happening, packages destined for Canada are finally on the move again! We are expecting individual parcels to begin shipping on the week of April 17th. Thank you for your patience, we sincerely apologize that its taken so long and we haven't had good information to pass on to you; The wait is almost over!
US Fulfillment: We’re also happy to report that US fulfillment is officially complete! Some packages may still be in transit, and if you have any concerns about the status of yours, please see the information below for directions!
For backers in the rest of the world, Most of the orders are now out, but many are still in transit particularly those served by VFI hubs (outside of the EU/UK). Some small number of orders are still waiting on some additional Aeon's End content to arrive to move forward on segments of the packing process. Please check https://vfi.asia/hubs/ for the latest hub arrival status.
VERY last chance for backers to close out open pledges
Hello again, backers! As we enter the last phase of fulfillment for the Past & Future campaign, we wanted to thank all of you again for your pledge - but also for your patience as we navigate the hurdles of logistics.
We still have some outstanding orders! If you haven’t completed your pledge, we can’t send out your rewards. Some of you still owe money for shipping or items you added to your basket but didn’t pay for. Some didn’t provide a mailing address, and others simply needed to confirm their address.
If you are one of these backers, we sent you an email today to complete your survey.
**IMPORTANT** All pledges still open after April 14th, 2023, will be closed and considered donations to the project for IndieBoards & Cards. It's been the better part of a year since the pledge manager opened, and we are wrapping up this project. If you haven’t completed yours yet, below you'll find the instructions to complete it ... even if you’ve lost yours!
Survey Retrieval
A personalized link was emailed to the address that you provided when making your pledge (email associated with your Kickstarter account). Be sure to check your spam folder.
If you have lost your survey email, you can submit theemail address associated with your Kickstarter account using this retrieve tool: https://aeons-end-past-and-future.backerkit.com/
If you think you have completed your survey but have not received a confirmation email from BackerKit, you need to revisit your survey! Your survey is complete only when you’ve received a confirmation email from BackerKit that says you have completed your survey. Not everyone’s orders are out yet, but if you haven’t received a shipping notification yet, it might be a good idea to double-check your survey status.

As always, here are some important things that you’ll need to know. While we have great confidence in our production and fulfillment partners, we know that not everything will be perfect. So if you receive your rewards and you need assistance with replacement parts or damages, please follow these steps;

Tell us specifically what you are missing and/or damaged items. (This lets our team know what you are missing). Please check everything so we can send all replacements at one time. Please be specific - "I am missing everything" isn't specific.
If applicable, attach pictures of damaged items and/or packaging. This is required if you want a replacement box - so please don't throw away damaged shipping boxes until you have taken pictures.
We will send a response email to you within seven days of the last email you send. Sending multiple emails will delay our response to you.

Back to the Present: Fulfillment Update!

Time Travelers! Welcome to the Present!
We’re back with another update on fulfillment. Strap in as we travel from region to region!
Europe: We’re pleased to report that many orders have successfully shipped, and our fulfillment partner is currently waiting for a delayed pallet of additional product to arrive. We are hopeful that this will happen in March and that the remaining orders will ship out shortly after those items arrive.
Canada: Packages are on their way to Canada Post. Once items are in the hands of Canada Post, tracking on orders will be sent to all backers. We will update when these have entered Canada and are on their way to you. Rewards are expected to arrive in Mid to Late March.
US: Fulfillment of individual packages is at the top of the fulfillment queue and are expected to start going out next week. Rewards are expected to arrive Late March.
All Other Regions: Order packing is complete, with orders expected to depart imminently for regional hubs. For an updated status on each hub, please check the VFI website: https://vfi.asia/hubs/
