Shipping Update

Greetings, Time Travelers!

Today we have the latest news on fulfillment. Let's break it down by region:

  • Backers in the EU fulfillment is underway, some items are still in transit to the fulfillment center, but we anticipate shipping to be complete in early March and packages to arrive thereafter.
  • For backers in the United States, shipping has started for backers that also backed the Astro Knights and/or Ares Expedition Expansion projects.  Most of those combined orders will have been sent out by the end of next week, as there was a slight delay due to weather conditions in Dallas this week.   The remaining US rewards will be packaged and sent in the following weeks and are expected to start arriving in mid-March.
  • For backers in Canada, orders will start to ship in the next few weeks, packing items will be done in the US next week, and everything will be freighted on pallets into Canada and then placed in the Canadian Postal system as individual packages - Tracking on orders will start once the items enter Canadian Post. Your rewards are expected to start arriving in mid-March.
  • Rest of the World: VFI will start packing orders next week.  Once that’s complete orders will be sent to their regional hubs.  Check the VFI website for an updated status on each hub: https://vfi.asia/hubs/ 

Once we complete all the current orders, we will circle back to send out rewards to those that didn't complete their reward surveys in time.  Expect that to start happening in March.

Missing/Damaged Items

While we have great confidence in our production and fulfillment partners, we know that not everything will be perfect. So if you receive your rewards and you need assistance with replacement parts or damages, please follow these steps;

  •  For Europe, please fill out a ticket here: https://support-ibc.surfinmeeple.com/open.php.
     
  •  For all other regions, please send an email to [email protected].
     
  • Include your Kickstarter email address & user name (this lets us know who you are)
     
  • Include your current mailing address (this lets us know where to send replacements). It helps if you include your name as part of your address and use separate lines instead of commas.
  • Tell us specifically what you are missing and/or damaged items. (This lets our team know what you are missing). Please check everything so we can send all replacements at one time. Please be specific - "I am missing everything" isn't specific.
  • If applicable, attach pictures of damaged items and/or packaging. This is required if you want a replacement box - so please don't throw away damaged shipping boxes until you have taken pictures.
     

We will send a response email to you within seven days of the last email you send. Sending multiple emails will delay our response to you.

Looking to the Future: Fulfillment is starting!

Greetings, Time Travelers!

Today we bring you a brief update with the latest news on fulfillment. Let's break it down by region:

  • Backers in the EU will be pleased to know that fulfillment has officially begun!
  • Rewards destined for the United States have cleared customs and arrived at our fulfillment hub in the Dallas area, with fulfillment expected to begin next week. 
  • For backers in Canada, we are currently awaiting the arrival of campaign rewards for your region. 
  • Rest of the World: Fulfillment will begin after the Chinese New Year, with the expectation that this work will commence in February.

[Status Update] Production Finished, Locking Addresses!

Hey everyone!

We know that the games are finished manufacturing, and vessels are scheduled! We expect landfall in late January and fulfillment to begin in February. Once games are at hubs, we will have a better estimate for each region for fulfillment expectations.

It is time to lock addresses. Please do so by next Friday, December 9th!  

ADDRESSES WILL LOCK NEXT FRIDAY, DEC 9th!

Status Update: Production in Full Swing!

Hi everyone! 


We received word that production continues and is going smoothly.  As our last update, this too is a "no news is great news" update. Though we didn't want to leave it at that, we do have production sample photos we are excited to share below! 


We hope you enjoy these photos! In our next update, we hope to announce production is complete, and have more information on shipping fulfillment.

Hi, everyone!

This is just an update to check-in. No new news right now. We are in production and awaiting the sample. Once it arrives, we will be back with some photos to share!

We hope you had an awesome August!  

Reminder

BackerKit has soft-closed. You can still access and adjust your pledge using your original survey link.

If you haven't filled out your survey yet, don't panic! We encourage you to get it done as quickly as you can, but this delay will not endanger or delay your pledge unless you leave it until closer to the fulfillment date.

This is also fine if you need to make changes after your pledge is locked (such as add-ons or a new shipping address). Please email [email protected] with the details; we will be glad to help.
